I agree to my personal data, including publication of my image registered at the PLASMA 2023 Conference organized by the Sylwester Kaliski Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion, 23 Hery Str., 01-497 Warsaw, being processed. Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the organization of the conference and the related logistics activities. The conference can be registered. Pictures of its participants can be published on the Internet or sent to participants, including third countries. The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the person pursuant to article 6 clause 1 letter a and letter f, paragraph 9 item 2 letter a (in case of its registration) and article 49 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.            

Personal data will be made available to the authorities supervising the Institute and cooperating in its organization on the basis of contracts signed.

Personal data will be processed during the retention period resulting from the regulations and internal archiving rules.

The person providing their data has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was performed on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

The person also has the right to access their data, rectify them, delete them or request the restriction of processing, or the right to object to the processing.

Additional questions regarding personal data should be directed to the data protection officer appointed at IPPLM.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Any queries regarding personal data may be directed to the data protection officer appointed at IPPLM by e-mail to the address iod@ifpilm.pl.
